Hey, I'm sorry to say this since you said you don't think you are, but I'm pretty sure you are depressed. I went through something very similar and even though I had no reason to be depressed I just was. So I told my parents and they took me to a therapist and the therapist said,"Sometimes people are depressed, not because of PTSD, or stress or, anxiety, but rather because your brain cells need a chemical that, in simple terms keeps you happy and healthy. Well if one time the cells took too much of the chemical during that cycle (it's the same amount kind of like it's reused and recycled) then the rest of the time it is deprived and you can (and most likely will) become depressed, and have unhealthy habits." And through continuing therapy (twice a week) I was able to overcome my depression. Or have what I called the shift, where you start to think and act heathier and happier.
