Hi! I've just started my freshmen year in high school and I have an issue with really important tests, like a big issue. Right before the school year started I took a placement test for math. I had studied all summer for the test (and trust me, studying math for the entire summer really sucks) and I really wanted to pass. But I bombed it. Like really bombed it. Even though I studied for the entire summer, I just got so nervous and anxious before the test and forgot everything. Despite the fact that I did all the practice problems given to me and got most of them right I didn't pass the test because I not so anxious before hand. And not to mention I had basically wasted my summer studying. Anyways after quite a lot of talking I finally get the chance to retake that test again tomorrow and I really don't want to repeat what happened last time. I've done a ton of practice and studied a lot, but I'm still scared that I'll get really nervous like before and forget everything. Can someone please help and maybe suggest a some strategies to relieve my anxiety and do well on my test?
