I'm 5'5 and 140 pounds. I was dieting and exercising every day and I was almost to my goal until I suddenly just quit and started eating sweets nonstop. I would do this whenever there's no one else in the kitchen and I feel horrible about it. My mom won't listen to me because she keeps saying that I'm "too skinny" and she's against vegetarianism so I don't know what to do. Please comment anything that will help
Really, I believe that instead of dieting you should eat an amount of food your body needs 2000 calories. Since calories does not mean fat just eat things with low on sat/trans fat instead. If you ever feel like binging on more food, keep a calorie tracker and if that doesn't work one day, binge on vegetables or chew on gum and make sure to have at least two flavors because you might get bored with one. Another good way to replace the sweets is have two refillable waterbottles and at least one with you so if you feel like eating, you drink the water instead and study shows drinking water can help you lose pounds. One thing i forgot to mention is that keeping away from binging is also mental, if you feel horrible know to hide all the sweets somewhere you can't get to. If your mom won't allow that then when home alone do it or just stay away from the kitchen. Treat it as a crime to eat the sweet. If you slip up one day, do the extra exercises. You can do it
I want Onision to talk about World War 3 and the reasons it is and isnt likely to happen, Im frankly f***en scared of it as im only young and I dont want to die or live in a fallout-esque world and I think Onision would give his honest opinion and I just hope it will be that World War 3 is unlikely in our lifetime.
