I recently recovered from a pretty bad eating disorder and went full vegan about six months ago. I've lost a few pounds but am still perfectly healthy. She thinks I'm just restricting calories and said if I don't start eating met, she will have to admit me. I need some advice ASAP!! Eating meat is not an option to me at all.
Coming from someone who has recovered from an eating disorder, I understand where you’re dietician. Keeping a lot of food from your diet from wht you used to eat. I suggest, if you and your dietician can talk about, try being a vegetarian. I do think its wrong for your dietician threatening you for not eating meat. If you want to be vegan because of the horrendous conditions of meat factories, there are humane animal products, not just meat. Just google it.
