Is it weird that I'm starting my senior year in highschool and I'm already planning for college, not only which school and what major but what apartment building their prices and their pet policy and fee (350 then 20 each month), places that are typically hiring and how much they pay, parks in the area, where a good will is (I usually only get clothes at good will), where the nearest wholefoods is, where the nearest mall is, transit roughts, coast to travel with uber, vegan food places, and were a movie theater is.

I do not think so. Though, I am going to a school where I'm coming in as a ninth grader, and we all start college classes in January. So I'm taking both at the same time (rip me) but I think it is good that you are able to plan ahead and are already thinking about these things. I wasn't even planning on attending college, until I witnessed both of my brothers flunked out of the high school I was supposed to originally go to, so I decided it was probably best to think of plan b. You should always think of things, and have good backup plans.
Where I am, as soon as you're a junior, you have to choose 5 subjects which you pursue the next two years and basically you cant change them once you've chosen, so the college, the stream you want to choose is chosen when you're 16.
It's not the best thing cause its very limiting but I myself have been preparing for a particular college entrances for the past year, almost every body who isn't planning to go abroad is.
Out of 1.5 million people who give this exam every year, only about 5k get in.
