Hi, I am somewhere between 5'4 and 5'5, I weigh 142lb. On a BMI chart it says I am in the normal weight range.
I have always been self conscious about my weight, i have lost a significant amount in recent years. But for the past couple of weeks I have been feeling so self conscious that I have only been eating dinner, with exceptions, I'd say I'm eating around 700 calories a day, that's only if I eat breakfast and dinner. Some days I'd only eat in the couple hundreds, like 200-300. The max I have eaten is probably 1000. I have been so caught up in my weight, it's all I ever think about. I am so scared to eat because I will put on weight. It terrifies me.
Since eating below my recommended calorie consumption I have had side effects like c o n s t a n t fatigue, a constant feeling of sickness and I find it hard to sleep (something which I never struggled with before).
Thoughts?? Is my eating habits not even that bad??

You should eat more! Just don't over eat. If you are at a fine weight, there is nothing to even worry about.
If you don't eat it can get worse. I one time was eating so much less that i suffered from terrible stomach aches that would wake me up at 3 AM, and they weren't from hunger. And to this day, I still have them.
Also, BMI is actually very unreliable. Even though you sound perfect to me, don't let it make you think that you are overweight. I remember one time Greg said in a video that according to a BMI chart, if he gained 10 pounds he would be overweight. But since he is very fit, I don't think he would be if he gained that much!

I hate when people say eat more or eat less as advice because it only leaves you more self conscious about what you are eating rather than actually aiding you. So let me try to avoid that while advising you. When you are eating, focus on the taste of the food and texture, learn to enjoy it rather than counting it. This will slowly guide you away from your anxiety about it and allow you to have normal eating habits instead
