You know you aren't fat. And why do you care what other people think anyway? As long as you are healthy (your doctor can tell you) and happy with yourself that's all that matters. You don't need approval from other people.
If you're worried about a potential partner judging your body, well don't. If they don't like your body and judge you then you shouldn't be with them. There are almost 8 billion people in this world, and there's going to be so many that wont care what size you are or what you look like.
I was so insecure about my looks and size, I thought I would be lonely forever. I was 14, 4'10 and weighed 220 lbs. Wasn't happy with myself, so I lost 90 lbs. I still had extra skin and stretch marks and rolls, but eventually when I was ready and gained confidence in myself, I finally got my first boyfriend which I thought would never happen. And now, I'm almost 21, 5'1, 135 lbs with lots of rolls, stretch marks, loose skin and I'm happily married. I'm not fully happy with how I look and I know I can change, but he doesn't care cause he loves me for me. That's all that matters.
It's kinda hard to judge since you're laying down and people automatically look skinnier when they're laying down but I bet you're fine. If you're worried about it, just make sure you're getting all you need from each food group, stay active and drink plenty of water.
